Hi, welcome to my page. My name is Andries Bik and for the last 12 years I've been living on the ocean trying to share smiles by making happy video's and writing. Proud to say that last month my new book "Mijn Bordeelleven" has been published (Sorry, only available in Dutch right now) and it is already an Amazon bestseller in multiple genres like my previous book "Grand Hotel Prison" (That is published in Dutch, English, German and Spanish)
I am sailing around the world living as basic and off-grid possible. My electricity is provided by solarpanels. The sails bring me everywhere I dream of and the sea provides my food. I am making my dreams come true now. Most people wait until their pension to go for their dreams. They work hard, saving up as much money as they can for a wealthy pension, or work 10 years on a boat to make it perfect. But the hardest thing is... try making it to your pension with good health these days. I meet so many people that couldn't fulfill their dreams due to their, or their loved ones health problems. So don't wait for the perfect moment, just take the moment and make it perfect! Start living now, you never know what tomorrow may bring. Every day with a heartbeat is a opportunity to change your course, a day you can do something your future self will be proud of.

Grand Hotel de Bajes
BAM!!! De voordeur knalt uit zijn voegen en een zwaarbewapend arrestatieteam stormt mijn huis binnen. Ik sta onder arrest.
Speciale units van de politie, FIOD en Defensie vallen op hetzelfde moment met meer dan driehonderd man dertig locaties binnen. De bordelen, panden en loodsen van mijn vader, seksondernemer Jan Bik, worden volledig uitgekamd. Hij en ik worden verdacht van het runnen van een criminele organisatie, fraude, witwassen en valsheid in geschrifte. Wij zouden de Belastingdienst voor zo’n 30 miljoen euro hebben opgelicht.
Ik word afgevoerd naar de gevan- genis. Verschrikkelijke beelden razen door mijn hoofd. Met vier man op cel, geweld, misbruik onder de douche – ik word hun gevangenisbitch en slaap op de betonnen grond. Elke dag werken tot mijn handen bloeden en overleven op water en brood.
Het tegendeel blijkt waar.
Grand Hotel De Bajes is een verhaal dat u van de ene in de andere verbazing doet vallen. Het is vooral ook een verhaal waar u recht op hebt: Nederland heeft geen gevangenissen voor criminelen, Nederland deelt all inclusive-hotelkamers uit.
